What we collect

• The business listing you confirm (name, address and Google identifiers).
• The Google reviews you select, as shown publicly on Google (reviewer name, rating, text, date and link), and any review links you add.
• Your first and last name, email address, and optional phone number.
• The time you confirmed the work order, the price and terms shown to you, and basic technical data used to limit abuse (such as IP address for rate limiting).

How we use it

To record and carry out your work order, send you a copy, contact you about it, and keep a record of what you agreed to.

Storage and access

Work orders are stored in a private database and your PDF copy in private storage. Anyone with your receipt link can access your order and PDF, so keep the link private. We do not sell your information.

Our hosting provider also measures website visits, pages viewed, visit duration, traffic sources, device type and approximate country to help us understand how the website is used.

Service providers

We may use providers for review data, email delivery, website analytics and internal record keeping. They process information only to provide those services.
