No guaranteed outcome

Outcomes are not guaranteed. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that any specific review will be removed, or removed within any specific timeframe. Ordinary negative opinions from genuine customers generally do not qualify.

Billing

There is no upfront payment. Fees are intended to apply only after a review is successfully removed, on terms agreed in writing before work begins.

Client responsibilities

Provide accurate information and documentation.
Do not submit material you are not permitted to share.
Do not request activity that would misrepresent facts to any platform.
